How do I update communication preferences?

You can manage the way we communicate with you by updating it via web or the Blys app.

Via Web

Once you log into Blys, go to Settings.
Navigate to Communication preferences.
Depending on your preference, you can manage how you'd like to be notified about new bookings, reminders and other marketing announcements by toggling the buttons for each activity and channel preference, i.e. by email or app push notification. Please note that SMS is disabled for booking related communication by default. You can choose to enable SMS notifications for marketing offers, discounts and any updates from the company.
You can click on "Unsubscribe from all" if you prefer not to receive any notifications from us. However, please be advised that unsubscribing from all will remove you from all communications and you will also not get notifications regarding your upcoming bookings and booking confirmations which can affect your Blys experience.
