How to update my communication preferences from my client app?

You can manage the way we communicate with you by updating it via the web or our mobile app.


Via Web:


Once you log into our web app from our official website https://getblys.com you will be navigated to your homepage. 

Please navigate to Settings -> Communication preferences

  • Depending on your preference you can manage how you'd like to be notified about new bookings, reminders and more.
  • You can "Unsubscribe from all" if you prefer not to receive any notifications from us. However, please be advised that Unsubscribing from all will remove you from all communications and you will also not get notifications regarding your upcoming bookings and booking confirmations. 




Via App:


  • Navigate to Profile -> Settings -> Communication Preferences





Unsubscribe from the email


Whilst we are sad to see you go because you feel that our emails come too often, here's how you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by the email you receive from us.


  • Scroll to the bottom page of the marketing email that you received from us
  • Click "Unsubscribe"
