Troubleshooting: What if my payout verification fails?
If your payout details fail verification, you'll see a notification in the app letting you know. You can fix this directly from the Payouts section:
- Go to Profile → Business → Payouts
- Tap the button to update or re-enter your payout details
- Check that the name on your verification document exactly matches your bank account details
- Re-submit and wait for Stripe to complete the verification
The most common reason for verification failure is a mismatch between the name on your identity document and the name on your bank account. If the issue persists after resubmitting, please contact hello@getblys.com for assistance.
