Once your service provider is confirmed, you’ll be able to see the profile of your service provider from your account on our website https://getblys.com/ or mobile app, under the “Upcoming Bookings” section.
If you booked via the website or through an app, we also send you an email when the booking is confirmed.
If booked via an app we also send in push notifications when the booking is confirmed.
Please make sure that you have turned on to receive booking confirmation notifications from your communication preferences inside Settings.

Via app
You will be able to track it via app when the provider is 'On the way'. You will receive a push notification as shown in the screenshot below stating that the 'Therapist on the way!'

Via web
Once the provider accepts the job you will receive an email and the status will change to 'Confirmed'
Once the providers are 'On the way' the status of the booking will be changed to reflect that.
