How to abandon / cancel a booking from the Blys Pro App?

If you are unable to provide the service then you can abandon the booking.

Go to "Upcoming" then select the booking that you need to abandon
Select "Cancel"
Choose the "reason for abandoning" a booking
Click "Confirm"

Please note that abandonment fee will be charged according to our Provider Cancellation (Abandonment) Policy.
