You will receive an email notification as soon as your booking is confirmed, whether it was created via the website or the app.


Via the app

If you booked through the app, you will also receive a "Push notification". We highly recommend keeping push notifications enabled in your app settings to ensure you don’t miss any important updates about your booking.








Via Web


If your booking is made via phone or through our website, you will first receive an email notification confirming your request.


Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a second email with the name of your service provider(s) and the exact time of your appointment.
