How to claim massage via your private health fund?

If you're looking to book a treatment eligible for a health fund rebate, we recommend checking with your health fund to confirm:

  • They offer rebates for mobile treatments.

  • Your chosen treatment/service is covered under your policy.



If your health fund supports mobile treatments:

  1. Select the treatment type, e.g., "Remedial Massage" or "Physiotherapy."

  2. Include your fund's name in the "Notes for your therapist" section when booking online or via the Blys app. We'll do our best to connect you with a provider registered with your health fund.

Please note: All providers on the Blys platform are independent mobile business owners. Whether they are registered with a health fund depends on the individual provider, and not all providers may be registered with your specific fund. Therefore, it’s essential to include your health fund's name in the "Notes for therapist" section when booking.

Once your booking is complete, we’ll send you an invoice on behalf of your provider, which you can use to claim your rebate directly with your health fund.
