Can I update the number of recipients for my booking?

Yes, you can update the number of recipients for your booking.


You can update the number of clients or recipients by modifying your booking. 


Once the booking is confirmed by the provider, they are not obligated to accept the alternate date or time offer and will be subjected to their availability. The booking must proceed at the originally scheduled time or be cancelled. Please note that the client cancellation policy will apply for cancelled bookings that are confirmed.


For massage bookings, you can update the 'Session Type' to change the number of recipients, by switching from a single session to a couples session (1 therapist, back-to-back) or vice versa.

  • Go to Bookings -> Upcoming -> Update booking




  • Click on "Change"


  • Adjust the number of people receiving the service and click "Continue".




  • Then click on "Update booking" to send the update request to the provider.



Via App:

  • Go to Bookings -> Upcoming -> Update booking
  • Click on "Change" and update the number of people. Then "Save & apply"
  • Review the update and press "Update booking" to send the update request to the provider.
