How do I update the number of clients for a booking?

Once the booking is confirmed, you can update the number of clients or recipients by modifying the booking. Please note that this option is not available for massage bookings and is subject to your availability for extra time and other services.

Via Web:

• Go to Pro dashboard -> Bookings -> Upcoming and select the booking

• Click on "Change"

• You can update the number of people/recipients
• Once selected choose the treatment type for the added person and click "Continue"

• Once you review the details click "Update booking" to send the updated details request to the client
• Once the client accepts the request you will see the updated details reflected on the booking.

Via App:

• Go to Upcoming and click on the booking fro your Blys pro app
• Click on "Update booking" and "Change"
• Change the number of people

• Add the treatment type for the additional person and click "Save & apply"
• Review the details and "Update booking" to send the request to the client.
• You will receive a message that "Your update request has been sent to client for approval".
