If you would like to claim your massage session through your private health insurance in Australia, follow the steps below to ensure your booking is eligible for reimbursement.


  • First, check with your health fund to ensure that:
    • The health fund offers rebates for in-home treatments.
    • Your coverage includes your in-home service/treatment of choice.
  • Then, simply choose ‘Remedial Massage’ as the massage type.
  • Add your fund name in the ‘Notes for the therapist’ section while placing your booking, so that the provider accepting your booking knows that you’re placing a booking by using your private health fund. 


We’ll do our best to connect you with a service provider who is registered with your fund.


Below are the following booking/s that cannot be claimed:


  • Payments for gift cards and bookings using gift cards.
  • Group and Corporate bookings.


After your treatment, you will automatically receive a tax invoice receipt created in the name of & on behalf of your service provider - which can be used for your claim. If you haven't received this email, please kindly check your Spam/ Junk folder.

  • Add your fund name, and mention if the provider requires to be RMT or Non-RMT in the ‘Notes for the therapist’ section while placing your booking, so that the provider accepting your booking knows that you’re placing a booking by using your private health fund.
