Platform Fee

A 10% platform fee applies to all confirmed bookings. This fee supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our platform, covers administrative and payment processing costs, and enables us to provide dedicated customer support. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and includes GST (where applicable).
