Providers can now add the treatment notes for their clients using either their Blys pro app or via logging into our official website https://getblys.com/

Objective
To efficiently add treatment notes for clients after each session using the provider app.
Key Steps
Log into your profile on the provider app after the booking is placed.
Go to the provider dashboard on the left-hand side column.
Click on "Bookings" and select "Past " to add treatment notes after the session is completed or navigate to "Upcoming" if you are entering the notes for your upcoming booking.
Choose the latest booking you want to add treatment notes to.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add Treatment Notes."
Type in the treatment notes, such as session details and client feedback.
Click on "Add Note" to save the treatment notes.
The treatment notes can be viewed by the client and the Blys Homecare team.
Things to note:
Treatment notes should be accurate and relevant to the session.
Double-check the notes before saving them to avoid errors.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in the notes.
Tips for Efficiency
Utilise the built-in feature in the provider app to streamline the process.
Edit or delete notes if needed for accuracy.
View all notes in chronological order for a comprehensive overview.
Check notes from other providers for additional insights on the client.
By following these steps, you can effectively add treatment notes for clients using the provider app, enhancing communication and documentation for future sessions.

After you 'complete' the booking in the mobile app.
1. Go to your mobile app.
2. A window will appear like below:
3. Add the treatment notes of the session on this window.
4. Press 'Add'.
The treatment notes will be saved under client's profile and other therapist will also be able to access the notes if they have confirmed the booking.
