You can manage the way we communicate with you by updating your communication preferences, which are available only via the web.
Once you log into the web version of Blys by visiting https://getblys.com, you will be able to navigate to the homepage.
Providers have two separate Communication preferences they can update. One is from their Pro Dashboard and the other is from the main setting.
From the Pro Dashboard

Please navigate to Pro dashboard -> Settings -> Communication
- You can update the notification preferences for New bookings, Booking reminders, Pending direct booking reminders, and Messages from clients.
Via App

Please navigate to Account -> Settings -> Communication -> Activity
- You can update the notification preferences for New bookings, Booking reminders, Pending direct booking reminders, and Messages from clients from this tab.
Please navigate to Account -> Settings -> Communication -> Marketing
- You can update marketing notification preferences from this tab.
From the main setting
Since you can place a booking and use our platform as a client as well, you have the ability to manage your preferences and choose how you'd like to be notified about new bookings, reminders, and more
Via Web
Please navigate to Settings -> Communication preferences.
- Depending on your preference you can manage how you'd like to be notified about new bookings, reminders and more.
- You can "Unsubscribe from all" if you prefer not to receive any notifications from us. However, please be advised that Unsubscribing from all will remove you from all communications and you will also not get notifications regarding your upcoming bookings and booking confirmations.
Via App

Unsubscribe from the email
Whilst we are sad to see you go because you feel that our emails come too often, here's how you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by the email you receive from us.
- Scroll to the bottom page of the marketing email that you received from us
- Click "Unsubscribe"
