Updating your Professional account details


You can view and manage your details (including your bank account details for payments, qualifications, modalities you offer, current insurance, and police check, earnings) from your Pro Dashboard on our website.


Simply log into your account via our website (use the same login details as your Blys Pro App) and update your details from the "Pro dashboard" page. 


Please note, as per the Software Licence Agreement, it is your responsibility to ensure the information in your account (including your qualifications, business details, insurance, contact details) is accurate & up-to-date.




Alternatively, you can also update your details from your Blys Pro app. However, some details can only be updated from the website - such as payments and insurance).


 

 




Adding language to your profile


You can add the language that you speak to your profile. 


Via Web


  • Navigate to Pro dashboard -> Profile
  • Add the language/languages that you speak and "Save changes"



Via App


  • Navigate to Account -> Edit Profile
  • Click on Languages Spoken





  • Once the Languages Spoken list opens you can select the language/languages that you speak and "Add"
  • The added languages will be displayed on your profile page
  • Once all the languages are added save using the "Update Profile" button.
