If your booking falls outside of business hours, is at a hotel/holiday rentals/serviced apartments and / or does not have available parking for the service provider additional fees apply. The below fees help your booking to be accepted while service provider demand is at its highest and ensure they're fairly compensated for their time, travel, and out-of-pocket expenses.
*Peak hours
Example:
If a booking is scheduled from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM (one hour), a peak hour surcharge will apply only to the portion of the session that falls within the peak period — in this case, from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM (15 minutes).
The surcharge is calculated exclusively for the time within the peak hours only.
Please be advised that a 10% platform fee applies to all confirmed bookings. This fee helps us run our platform, facilitate payments, and provide customer support. It's non-refundable and includes any relevant taxes.
