Tips are completely at the discretion of the clients.
Clients can now leave a tip for providers using our tipping feature before, during, or after the booking is completed.
You can refer to How does tipping work? to learn more about our tipping feature.
If your client wants to extend the session, you can send in an update request for the additional time/treatment requested by the client.
Please refer to Can I modify/update a booking? for more information.
Please remember to let the client accept the update request and the payment to be settled before providing the extra treatment.
