When it comes to what to wear during your massage, the choice is entirely yours — wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. However, most clients choose to undress down to their underwear. As part of Blys’ guidelines, clients are required to wear underwear for the entire duration of the massage. This ensures your safety and allows your therapist to work professionally and effectively.
To help you undress and dress, your therapist will step outside the room and return only when you’re ready. Throughout the session, you can also expect professional draping — towels or sheets will cover your body at all times except for the area being massaged, ensuring private areas are never exposed.
For chair massages, you’ll remain fully clothed. Many clients choose to remove bulky jackets or sweaters to stay comfortable, but it’s not always required.
