How to Start Accepting Jobs for Home Care and NDIS Clients?

To begin accepting jobs for Home Care or NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) clients through Blys, please follow the steps below:


1. Ensure You Have an Active Blys Provider Account

You must have an active provider account with Blys to receive bookings.

If you are not yet registered as a Blys provider, please sign up here: Become a Blys Provider


2. Check Your Account Status

Once your account is set up and your profile is approved, ensure that your account status is marked as Active. Only active accounts are eligible to receive and accept bookings.


3. Upload Required Documentation

To accept Home Care and NDIS bookings, providers must hold and upload the following documents to their Blys profile:

  • Diploma of Remedial Massage

  • Certificate IV in Massage Therapy

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Police Check (issued within the last 3 years)

  • COVID‑19 Vaccination Certificate

  • AHPRA Registration (for NDIS bookings)

  • Allied Health registration (for NDIS bookings) 



4. Start Accepting Jobs

Once your account is active and all required documents are uploaded and verified, you will begin receiving booking requests for Home Care and NDIS clients directly through the Blys Provider App. 

Simply review each request and tap Accept to confirm your availability.
