If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so easily via the Blys mobile app or web platform. Please note that cancelling a confirmed booking may be subject to cancellation charges as outlined in our Client Cancellation Policy.
Cancelling via the Mobile App
After logging in to your Blys account, you can cancel a booking in two ways: from the upcoming bookings section or the booking details.
To cancel from the Upcoming Booking Section:
Navigate to the Upcoming Bookings screen.
Click on the Cancel Booking button on the booking you wish to cancel.
Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Click Cancel Booking to confirm.
To cancel from the Booking Details:
Go to the Upcoming Bookings screen and select the booking you wish to cancel.
Tap View or Edit Booking, then choose Cancel Booking.
Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Click Cancel booking to finalise the cancellation.
Be sure to review our Client Cancellation Policy to understand any applicable fees.
Cancelling via the Web App
After logging in to your Blys account via the web, you can cancel a booking in two ways, similar to cancelling a booking from the Blys App: from the upcoming bookings section or the booking details.
To cancel from the Booking List:
Navigate to the Upcoming Bookings screen.
Click on the Cancel Booking button next to the booking you wish to cancel.
Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Click Cancel Booking to confirm.
To cancel from the Booking Details:
Navigate to the Upcoming Bookings screen and select the booking you wish to cancel.
Click on the Cancel Booking option.
Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
Click Cancel booking to finalise the cancellation.
Make sure to review our Client Cancellation Policy before completing your cancellation.
Where to Find Cancelled Bookings
After cancellation, your previous bookings can be found under the Past Bookings section in both the mobile app and the web platform.
