We’re also extremely diligent with our onboarding process and only accept professionals who meet our high standards of quality, professionalism, and care.
We make sure they meet the ‘Blys Standards’ to provide their clients with the best home massage & wellness experience in every city we operate.
Once a professional joins our platform, we then use the in-app Client Rating & Review system to monitor and maintain the highest level of service quality. Although the practitioners are solely responsible for providing the services to you, this rigorous process ensures that you get the best customer service and experience every time you book a massage & other wellness services through Blys.

Here’s a breakdown of the qualifications and documents providers must submit before joining the platform:
For Australia (AU)
Modality | Qualification |
Massage Services | A minimum of Certificate IV in Massage Therapy / Diploma in Remedial Massage or international equivalent qualification. for Massage Services |
Beauty Therapy (Nails, Facial, Waxing, Lashes, Tanning, etc.) | Relevant qualification or 6 months professional experience in the chosen field/ profession, where applicable International or overseas certification |
Acupuncture | Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture), where applicable |
Podiatry | Tertiary Podiatry qualifications and current AHPRA registration |
Chiropractor | Current Chiropractic registration with AHPRA |
Physiotherapy | APHRA Registration |
Other wellness services (Yoga / Pilates, Reiki Energy healing, Counselling, Personal training) | Providers may hold a relevant training certificate or international certification, where applicable. |
Public Liability Insurance, where applicable
Registered Business Number and ABN or Australian Business Number
A photo of a state-issued photo ID
Police Check Certificate - Issued within the last 3 years, where applicable
Profile Photo
In addition, health service providers in states where a Code of Conduct applies are subject to the General Health Services Code of Conduct.
For New Zealand (NZ)
Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Number and Registered Business Address
A photo of your state-issued photo ID
Profile Photo
Portfolio and Pictures of your work for Beauty Services, where applicable
For the United States (US)
Our onboarding process for the US providers consists of;
Providers Professional Liability Insurance policy, where applicable
A photo of the provider’s state-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).

For the United Kingdom (UK)
Government photo ID (Passport, driver's license, or student card)
DBS certificate (background check within 12 months)
Public Liability Insurance, where applicable.
