What if the client wants to extend the session?

It’s a common occurrence for our clients to ask practitioners to add an extra 30 minutes at the end of their treatment. (We can’t blame them, they’re getting the best massage they’ve ever had!)

If a client asks you to extend the treatment, and if you’re available (e.g. you don’t have another appointment that might be at risk), then you can:


1. Extend a booking

  • Go to your Upcoming Bookings
  • Press "Add add-on"
  • Select the Treatment add-ons and press "Add to booking"



  • You will receive a notification that the update request has been sent to the client.
  • Once the client accepts the update request, you will receive a notification regarding the confirmation.
  • The updated booking details will be reflected on your bookings page.
  • Your payout will be automatically adjusted.

  • Go to your Pro dashboard -> Bookings -> Upcoming and press the booking you want to update.



  • Click on "Change"


  • Go to Treatment add-ons and select the additional treatment/s
  • Press "Continue"



  • Click on "Update booking" and the update request will be sent to the client.
  • Once the client accepts the update request, you will receive a notification regarding the confirmation.
  • The updated booking details will be reflected on your bookings page.
  • Your payout will be automatically adjusted.


2. Accept/Decline the update request


  • You can also Accept/Decline the update request sent by the client.
