How does the booking start time work?

The times you see in the app always indicate the earliest & the latest start times. (e.g. you can arrive at the client location anytime in between)

Via App: 


Please refer to this video tutorial for more clarity on How does the booking start time work via app? 


  • When you tap "Accept", your Pro App will prompt you to confirm your time of arrival. 
  • Simply select your time of arrival when prompted, and our system will automatically notify the client with a text message that includes your name and time of arrival.
  • You can choose anywhere from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm as shown below or simply send an updated time/date using the "Make an offer" button.


 



Via Web:

  • Go to Pro dashboard -> Bookings -> New and select the booking
  • When you tap "Accept", you will receive a prompt to confirm your time of arrival. 
  • Simply select your time of arrival when prompted, and our system will automatically notify the client with a text message that includes your name and time of arrival.
  • You can choose anywhere from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm as shown below or simply send an updated time/date using the "Make an offer" button.
