If you are receiving job alerts for the services that you are not providing you can simply decline the job, selecting the reason "I don't offer this service".
Once you select the decline option as "I don't offer this service", you'll receive the "Disclaimer" and you can select "Update my services" that you provide and you shall not receive any alerts for the services that you don't provide.
