If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! You can easily reset it using either mobile or web apps. Just follow the steps below:

Mobile App

  1. Open the Blys mobile app.

  2. Tap Log in.

  3. Tap Forgot
     


  1. Enter your email address and tap Send instructions.
     



  1. Check your inbox – you’ll receive an email with a password reset link.

  2. Tap the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Web App

  1. Go to https://app.getblys.com

  2. Click Login.

  1. Click Forgot?

  1. Enter your email address and click Send instructions.
     


  1. Open the email we sent you and click the reset link.




  1. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
