If you currently have an active Home Care Package (HCP) or Support at Home package, you are welcome to book services with us directly. Once your service has been completed, you will receive an invoice via your designated email address. This invoice is fully compliant with Home Care Package guidelines and can be submitted to your HCP provider for reimbursement, subject to your individual funding and plan inclusions.
To schedule a booking, you may use our website or mobile application at your convenience. Our user-friendly platform allows you to choose your preferred service type, practitioner, date, and time. After the session is delivered, the invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email. You can then forward it to your HCP provider to process the claim.
