Here is the list of NDIS line item numbers that we currently use for our clients. Please note that the line item number may vary according to the individual needs of the clients. Please check with your plan manager and seek clarification.

01_011_0107_1_1	Personal care and grooming	Assistance With Self-Care Activities			$67.56 per hour
01_663_0128_1_3	Podiatry	Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy, or Training Supports by a Podiatrist	Podiatrist		$193.99 per hour
