How do I cancel my Blys professional account or stay offline?

If you’d like to pause new booking requests, you can manage this directly in your Blys Pro app by switching your account to offline mode. This will allow you to complete the upcoming booking however limit getting notification for upcoming booking.



Similarly if you'd like your account to be deleted permanently, please go to your Blys Pro app "Account > Edit profile > Delete account" and request your account to be deleted. Your account will be reviewed and deleted within 48 hours after all outstanding payments (if any) have been settled.
