After your session, you can rate and review your provider directly in the app or website. Your feedback helps maintain quality and helps other clients find great providers.

When can I leave a review?


You can leave a review for your provider right after your session is marked complete via mobile or web.


How to leave a rating


Via the app

1. Once you open the Blys app, go to Past Bookings under Bookings.

2. Tap on the completed booking.

3. Tap on Review Therapist.

4. Give a rating to the provider. You can select from a range of 1 to 5 stars; 5 = amazing, and 1 = very poor. Add a review for the provider once you provide a rating. This is optional, but highly encouraged. If you’d like to, you can also add images.

5. Tap on Submit once done.

Via the web


1. Log in to Blys, and go to Past Bookings under Bookings.

2. Click on a completed booking.

What your rating means


  • 5 stars: Provider can be added to your Favourites, and they will be notified first on your next booking.
  • 1-2 stars: Provider will be added to your Blocked list, and you won't be matched again. Our team reviews all low ratings.


Can I update my review?


Yes! You can update your reviews following the same process. Go to Past Bookings under Bookings. Then, find the booking for which you’d like to update your review. Then, tap on Update Review. You can now edit your review and submit once again.

Can I see ratings before I book?


Yes, for sure. Provider profiles show average rating (last 50 reviews) and written reviews.
