Each client has their unique requirements and each provider has their unique service, so it depends on the client and the provider - however here are some most common aspects of a mobile massage service that top-rated providers include in their service and what clients often expect:
travel and parking (the payouts include travel and parking unless otherwise stated / offered by the client)
professional equipment (e.g. massage table or chair if required, as indicated by the client in their booking notes),
fresh towels or sheets (unless the client specifically asked to use their sheets or towels in their booking notes),
natural massage oil (preferably not a synthetic oils - such as baby oil, but check with the client via the chat feature in your Blys app to be sure what oil they prefer to have),
relaxing music (check with the client via the chat feature in your Blys app or when you arrive what their preference is - some like music, some don't)
full body massage (unless the client specified any focus area in their booking notes)
60min booking means 60min on the table, so please allow 10-min on each side for set-up & pack-up.
For hotel bookings, our Customer Service Team calls the hotel after receiving the booking and tries to organise parking for you, however, we can’t guarantee parking as some hotels simply don’t offer parking to guests or staff. In any case, providers earn an additional 'hotel fee' for all hotel bookings, to help you with additional time/cost that you may have to set aside for hotel bookings.
For corporate/event bookings, parking will be arranged by the client; they will either provide you with free visitor parking or reimburse you for any out-of-pocket parking expenses. Please read the location and parking instructions in your Blys Pro app, details will be provided in your app. (Please also remember that you may be able to claim your travel and parking expenses at the end of the year as they are tax-deductible business expenses.)
Please note that if the client chooses “No parking” or “Street parking (metered)” for service location parking options, an additional $20 will be charged and added to the total booking price.
If you don't think you can provide the service to the client at the time and location of their request, and as per their specific requirements, please do not accept the job. Late cancellations by providers incur penalties.
