• SIRET or SIREN number (either is fine). Your SIREN is the 9-digit number that identifies your business. Your SIRET is your SIREN plus a 5-digit code for your business location (14 digits in total), so your SIREN is simply the first 9 digits of your SIRET. Plus proof of registration.
• French VAT number if VAT registered, or a franchise en base declaration if not
• A recent profile image is to be uploaded to your Blys provider account
