No, you don't. You can accept bookings for NDIS participants when you are able.
Most NDIS clients would book for regular / ongoing sessions, so as with all Blys bookings, providers must have public liability insurance and a valid police check.
Though it's not commonly mandatory, it's also worth noting that there may be other requirements for providing services to NDIS participants, such as completing training and complying with specific reporting and documentation requirements -- which would be specified on booking notes / requirements when necessary.
