Action buttons are an essential part of the Blys experience. Our system relies on these status updates to keep everything running smoothly for both clients and providers. Here's how they work:

  • "On My Way" Button
    • Tapping ‘On My Way’ lets the client know that you’re en route to their location. It also notifies us that you’re checking in at the client's location, which is an important safety feature.

  • "Complete" Button
    • Tapping ‘Complete’ lets us know that you’ve checked out of the client’s location. It also prompts clients to provide ratings and reviews for your service.

Important: You only get paid for bookings you’ve marked as ‘Completed’ in your app. To avoid delays in payments, please make sure you tap ‘Complete’ immediately after the appointment.

Can I still complete my booking even if I haven't done "On my way"?

Yes, you can.

With the latest update, the "Complete" button will now become visible at the estimated finish time of your booking, even if you have not tapped the "On My Way" button.

The estimated finish time is calculated as:

  • Confirmed start time + Total booking duration

This ensures that you can still mark the booking as completed promptly, even if the ‘On My Way’ button was not used.

This feature helps ensure that you can complete bookings on time and avoid any delays in receiving your payment. However, we encourage you to use the ‘On My Way’ button whenever possible to provide the best experience for your clients and support our safety protocols.

Please complete it as soon as you remember, or contact us if you’re unsure.
