You need to provide the following information so that we can source the right mobile providers for your clinic:
- Days and hours you require the therapist to be available.
- Number of months you anticipate you will need the therapist for.
- Therapist requirement to be registered with Health Funds, and name of the health funds.
- Equipment, oils or towels the therapist be required to bring.
Does the provider need to be registered at your physical location?
Yes, the massage therapists you source for your clinic must be registered at your physical location so that private health funds rebates can be given. This process can take up to 4 weeks for the professional bodies and health funds to register the therapist.
What information needs to be displayed on the invoice?
When issuing invoices to clients you require the following information displayed on the invoice:
- Provider number
- Item number
- Charge
- Clinic details/company letterhead
